The basic duality of life itself seems to be reflected in this image taken at the Maha Bodhi Temple at Bodh Gaya. The two footsteps are believed to belong to Lord Buddha. I waited for the sun to cast the shadow exactly midway to capture the symbolism I wanted to.

What can compare to the beauty of the innocent smile of a child?!The look of delight on the kid's face and happiness on the mother's struck a chord in me. My sincere apologies to the strangers in the picture for having captured this image without their permission. But I just couldn't let the opportunity go past after I caught sight of the kid's smile.
